How to read the prices
A published price is an entry point—not a vague promise.
Fixed price means the stated, bounded assessment, consultation, visit, or setup has a defined price. Starting at means the service begins at that amount and the listed unit and scope explain what changes the final estimate.
Monthly base fee plus per-user and per-device charges
Covers one business, one location, and standard-hours remote support. Users, devices, platforms, support hours, and risk determine the final monthly price. Hardware, licenses, major projects, onboarding remediation, and after-hours work are separate.
Covers routine administration for one healthy Microsoft 365 tenant. Microsoft licenses, migrations, major remediation, backup products, projects, and after-hours changes are separate. Customer-authorized administrator access is required.
Covers discovery and a written migration plan for one small tenant. Migration tools, licenses, data volume, SharePoint and Teams complexity, application changes, device work, after-hours cutover, and post-move remediation are quoted separately.

Covers discovery of one defined SharePoint or file-set need and a recommended next step. Migration execution, custom development, third-party tools, large data sets, extensive permission cleanup, and after-hours cutovers are separate.

Covers one household, priorities, device categories, network and account dependencies, and a recommended plan. Equipment, subscriptions, installation, electricians, low-voltage work, HVAC, security systems, and monitoring are separate. This is not medical or emergency monitoring.

Covers supported Apple devices and legitimate account-recovery paths. Hardware repair, Apple or carrier charges, replacement devices, paid storage, large migrations, and specialist data recovery are separate. TTCo cannot bypass Apple security or ownership controls.
Covers one desk, one primary computer, existing displays or dock, basic printer and call setup, and connectivity testing. New hardware, furniture, cabling, employer-managed changes, software licenses, and additional workstations are separate.
Applies only to readable devices, cloud accounts, libraries, backups, and logical file loss. Recovery is not guaranteed. Clicking, liquid-damaged, physically failed, or repeatedly disconnecting media is stopped and referred to a recovery lab; lab fees and storage media are separate.

Covers one household and the agreed people, devices, accounts, or shared services. Hardware, subscriptions, paid apps, replacement devices, extensive migration, and third-party services are separate. Each person retains control of private credentials and personal accounts.
Covers one residence, floor-plan review, provider and wiring considerations, priority rooms, device categories, and a written next-step plan. Hardware, cabling, installation, ISP charges, trades, smart-home commissioning, and multi-day project work are separate.

Covers one person and the agreed devices or tasks, with consent and privacy preserved. Hardware, subscriptions, replacement devices, financial or legal services, identity recovery outside provider processes, and emergency response are separate. Suspected fraud should also be reported promptly to the financial institution or appropriate authority.
Travel, urgency, access, risk, data volume, third-party dependencies, and work outside the listed scope can change the final price. TTCo confirms those conditions and any separate hardware, software, licensing, vendor, or specialist costs in writing.
