Where it gets tangled
Years of upgrades can leave one Apple ID for purchases, another for iCloud, photos on a Mac that no longer opens, a child using a parent’s account, and a storage warning nobody knows how to resolve.

Preserve firstWhich Mac, iPhone, or iPad is trusted, current, backed up, shared, being replaced, or ready to retire.
Known stateTrusted numbers, recovery contacts, backup methods, and a transition sequence that does not depend on the old phone forever.
RecoveryThe rule before changing iCloud
Know where the originals live, know which account owns them, and know what copy remains if syncing carries a mistake everywhere.
A safer transition
The order matters when photos, messages, purchases, contacts, files, and recovery may be attached to different accounts and devices.
Identify each account, trusted device, subscription, photo library, and backup involved.
Confirm where the important data exists and whether the full-quality originals are accessible.
Create or check an appropriate backup before sign-outs, migrations, deletions, or device erasure.
Change one layer at a time: account, data, device, sharing, then recovery.
Open the photos, files, apps, and communication that matter before retiring the old setup.
Common household knots
We distinguish working libraries from backups, choose appropriate account owners, reduce duplicated subscriptions, and configure Family Sharing without putting everyone on one login.
When we pause
We stop before signing out, deleting a library, wiping an old device, or changing sync behavior when the only good copy is unknown. Apple’s ownership and security controls are respected; they are never bypassed.
Practical questions
Tell us what you can still access and what you are trying to preserve. A careful cleanup begins with the account and data map that already exists.
We can help you use Apple’s legitimate recovery process, identify trusted numbers and devices, and organize the account once access is restored. We cannot bypass Apple’s security or ownership controls.
Apple generally does not provide a complete way to merge Apple IDs. We can map what belongs to each account, reduce future confusion, and choose a primary account without pretending everything can be combined.
Settings are not changed until we understand where the full-quality originals are stored and whether another backup exists. Photo libraries are treated carefully because sync and backup are not the same thing.
Yes. We can prepare the old device, confirm backups, transfer data, configure the new device, and wait to erase the old one until the important content has been checked.
Published pricing
Pricing is shown before the estimate so you can judge fit without beginning with a sales call.
Per hour; one-hour remote or two-hour in-home minimum
Covers supported Apple devices and legitimate account-recovery paths. Hardware repair, Apple or carrier charges, replacement devices, paid storage, large migrations, and specialist data recovery are separate. TTCo cannot bypass Apple security or ownership controls.
The written estimate or service agreement confirms the final scope, included work, and any separate costs before work begins.
