Google Workspace help + management · Greater Boston
Make the workspace feel shared—without losing ownership.
Focused help and ongoing Google Workspace administration for Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Shared Drives, groups, accounts, employee changes, security, cleanup, and recovery. We begin with the immediate need and make the ownership around it visible.
We confirm authorized access, trace the immediate dependency chain, make controlled changes, and leave a usable record. One issue does not require an ongoing agreement.
Gmail delivery or mailbox behavior
Sign-in, recovery, or two-step verification
Drive ownership, sharing, or missing files
One employee transition or Admin cleanup
Ongoing management
Keep ownership clear as the team changes.
Recurring administration covers the work that quietly accumulates between incidents: accounts, groups, employee changes, security review, domains, sharing, licensing, and documentation.
Known super administrators
Role-based access through groups
Business-owned Shared Drives
Documented routine and escalation paths
Where friction hides
Workspace problems often begin one layer away from the symptom.
We follow the relationship between people, domains, mail, groups, files, devices, and ownership instead of treating each Admin console screen as a separate problem.
01
The inbox is the symptom.
Delivery, DNS, routing, aliases, groups, delegation, suspicious activity, and a device can all present as a Gmail problem.
02
The file has an owner problem.
A file in My Drive can leave with a person; a Shared Drive should belong to the organization and follow group-based access.
03
The employee changed roles.
Groups, drives, calendars, devices, recovery methods, and delegated access must change with the person’s responsibility.
04
The Admin console grew quietly.
Extra super administrators, stale accounts, unmanaged groups, old sharing, and inherited settings accumulate without routine ownership.
The employee lifecycle
Access should follow responsibility—not the last person’s settings.
A practical Workspace environment gives people what they need, keeps business information with the organization, and closes the loop when the relationship changes.
01
Join
Create the account, groups, Shared Drive access, calendars, security methods, and device expectations from the role.
02
Work
Keep Gmail, Drive, groups, external collaboration, devices, and ownership aligned with normal work.
03
Change
Update access when teams, responsibilities, leave, projects, or outside relationships change.
04
Review
Check administrators, sharing, alerts, licenses, recovery, and inactive accounts before they become an incident.
05
Leave
Suspend access, preserve business information, transfer ownership, remove sessions, and document what was completed.
What we administer
Communication, files, people, and ownership in one view.
The right fix protects the surrounding business system. The right management model keeps that system understandable as it changes.
Gmail + Calendar
Mail delivery, aliases, shared addresses, groups, delegation, calendar access, mobile or Outlook setup, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Create, change, suspend, transfer, archive, and remove users with the business data and relationships accounted for.
PeopleWorkspace operations
Licensing, domains, settings, service health, documentation, vendor coordination, and a known owner for recurring change.
Management
A sensible boundary
Fix the immediate problem first. If the work reveals recurring administration, unclear ownership, or meaningful risk, we name the next decision without making it a condition of help.
Connected work
Choose the surrounding system when the problem is bigger than Workspace.
Authorization, ownership, and the surrounding account relationships matter before an Admin console change.
01
Can you help even if we do not have a managed IT agreement?
Yes. A specific Google Workspace issue, employee transition, or cleanup can be handled as one-off work. If the request exposes recurring administration, undocumented dependencies, or material security risk, we explain why ongoing management may be safer without making it a condition of the initial work.
02
What if nobody can find the super administrator account?
We can identify legitimate administrators, domain and billing relationships, and Google recovery or support paths. We cannot bypass Google security, impersonate an owner, or take control without documented authorization from the organization.
03
Can you recover deleted Gmail or Drive files?
Sometimes, depending on what was deleted, when it happened, configured retention, backups, licenses, and actions already taken. Recovery is assessed before promises are made; Workspace retention and sync are not the same as an independent backup.
04
Can you manage Google Workspace after the immediate fix?
Yes. Ongoing management can cover administration, employee lifecycle work, security review, documented ownership, and coordination when the environment changes. We can also leave the work as a one-off engagement when that is the better fit.
05
Do you also support Microsoft 365?
Yes. Microsoft 365 has its own tenant, identity, email, and collaboration systems, so it has a separate unified support path. We confirm the right starting point when a business uses both platforms or is considering a migration.

Covers routine administration for one healthy Google Workspace tenant. Google licenses, migrations, major remediation, backup products, projects, and after-hours changes are separate. Customer-authorized administrator access is required.
The written estimate or service agreement confirms the final scope, included work, and any separate costs before work begins.
Include the affected user, group, domain, or service without sharing passwords, the exact error, who is affected, what changed, and whether an administrator can still sign in.
