The owner has become the IT desk.
Accounts, computer problems, and vendor questions keep reaching the same person. You want a defined support process and a record of what has been done.
Ongoing business IT · Greater Boston
Give the technology behind your business a consistent owner. Tyler’s Tech Company brings employee support, system administration, and planned improvements into an ongoing service with clear responsibilities.
Business fit
Managed IT suits small businesses and organizations that need someone to stay responsible for their technology between individual support requests.
Accounts, computer problems, and vendor questions keep reaching the same person. You want a defined support process and a record of what has been done.
Hiring, departures, remote work, or an office change create recurring decisions about access, devices, files, and responsibility.
Today’s issue should inform tomorrow’s maintenance and planning. You want priorities explained, changes approved, and knowledge kept with the service.
Service coverage
These are the areas we can bring together. The agreement identifies what is included, who owns each system, and what needs separate approval.
Help with approved work devices, accounts, applications, and everyday interruptions, with a defined way to request assistance.
A consistent approach to Windows and Mac setup, updates, encryption, access, replacement planning, and employee changes.
Email, identity, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, permissions, and the account ownership that connects them.
Internet handoffs, switching, Wi-Fi, guest access, and the building or provider dependencies behind reliable connectivity.
Review access, authentication, endpoint settings, and practical improvements in an order the business can support.
Identify important data, protection responsibilities, recovery priorities, and which restore checks belong in the scope.
Carry technical details between internet providers, software vendors, building contacts, and your decision makers.
Maintain useful records of systems, ownership, decisions, and open work so the environment is understandable over time.
How service begins
We establish the working arrangement before routine service begins. Timing depends on access, the state of the systems, and any preparatory work that needs approval.
Discuss how the team works, current systems and providers, recurring problems, and the information already available.
Separate immediate interruptions from access risks, cleanup, maintenance, and improvements that can be planned.
Define the people, devices, services, pricing, approvals, and boundaries of the ongoing relationship.
Confirm how employees ask for help, how work is escalated, and how records and priorities will be maintained.
Greater Boston
We provide on-site and remote business IT support across Boston and the surrounding communities, including Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Quincy, Waltham, and Watertown.
Physical work starts with practical details: the building, access arrangements, internet provider, equipment location, and a suitable maintenance window. We confirm scope, travel, and scheduling before a visit. Work that can be handled remotely is planned around the same business responsibilities.

TTCo was founded by Tyler Wilbanks. His background in operations, safety, training, and hands-on technology administration shapes the company’s emphasis on preparation, clear ownership, and useful documentation.
Standard hours are 9 AM–6 PM Eastern Time, seven days a week. Support processes and any additional escalation arrangements are defined in your agreement.
We agree scope and pricing before work. A managed service does not make every device, vendor, project, or after-hours request part of the same agreement. We identify those boundaries and discuss changes before expanding the work.

We agree which people, devices, accounts, locations, and services are covered. The scope can include employee support, device management, Microsoft 365 administration, office networks, security priorities, backup planning, vendor coordination, and documentation. Projects, specialist systems, and work outside the agreement are discussed separately.
No. We can provide ongoing IT support for a business without an internal IT team, or take responsibility for an agreed part of the environment alongside your staff. We clarify who makes decisions, approves changes, and handles each system before service begins.
Yes, within the agreed service area and scope. We plan on-site work for physical equipment and office networks, and use remote support for suitable account, software, and administration work. Company devices and accounts are distinguished from employees’ personal equipment and home networks.
We first discuss your environment, recurring needs, current providers, and priorities. Scope, pricing, responsibilities, and the start date are agreed before work. If access, documentation, or system condition requires preparatory work, we explain that separately before routine service begins.
Our published standard hours are 9 AM–6 PM Eastern Time, seven days a week. The agreement defines how support requests are handled and escalated. Any after-hours arrangements must be expressly included in the service agreement; this page does not promise 24/7 coverage or a particular response time.
Tell us about your organization, the systems your team relies on, and what you would like to improve. Include the recurring needs and timing that matter to the business. Do not include passwords or sensitive information.
